High-Tech Menu
Step 1
Start with a large white canvas. Make a new layer group and set the title to “Tab” (it’s the folder icon next to new layer).
Choose rectangle marquee tool.
In a new layer make a #00EAFF rectangle. ( width: 142px ,height: 20px)
Add the following layer styles:

Step 2
In a new layer make a #00EAFF rectangle in the top left hand corner of the previous rectangle. ( width: 14px, height: 12px)
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

In a new layer draw a short but wide black rectangle. ( width: 38px x height: 5px)
Add the following layer styles:

Step 4
Duplicate the layer from step three twice and set up the duplicates as shown below.
Step 5
In a new layer draw a #008FD2 tiny rectangle. ( width: 3px x height: 5px)
Step 6
Now duplicate your tiny rectangle and set it up as shown below.
Step 7
Add your first navigation using font Arial, regular, 10pt, sharp and #00A8C2.
Add the following layer styles:

Copy the group to create more menu items as required.
